At Alliance Pediatrics® of Fort Worth, we are dedicated to providing accessible care for your child, even beyond regular office visits. That’s why we offer a nurse advice line and limited telemedicine services to help you get the support you need when it matters most.

Nurse advice line

Our experienced nurses are available to answer your questions by phone both during and after our regular office hours. Whether you have concerns about your child’s symptoms, medication, or care instructions, our nurse advice line is here to provide you with timely guidance and reassurance. This service is especially helpful for parents needing urgent advice after hours, helping you decide whether a trip to the clinic or emergency room is necessary.

Limited telemedicine services

For mental health appointments we do offer video/telemedicine appointments. These virtual visits allow you to consult with our providers from the comfort of your home. Telemedicine is ideal for non-emergency issues that still require professional medical attention.

Please call our office to find out which conditions or symptoms are appropriate for a telemedicine visit. We’ll provide you with an approved list of reasons, and our team will guide you through the process of scheduling a video visit if needed.
